Mindset Transformation Therapy was not conceived in theory—it was revealed through a lifetime of lived experience, profound inner work, and an unwavering calling to bring healing to others

Jillian Levy’s earliest glimpse of her life’s purpose came when she was just ten years old.
One afternoon, she found a classmate silently self-harming. Without hesitation, she sat beside her, offered comfort, and chose to remain by her side—not just in that moment, but for life. That instinct—to recognize hidden pain and provide unwavering presence—would become the through-line of Jillian’s existence. From childhood to the executive boardroom, Jillian’s gift remained constant: she could see what others couldn’t say. Even those who appeared strong, guarded, or untouchable seemed to find their way to her—drawn not by words, but by something deeper: a sense of safety, clarity, and quiet understanding.
Over the years, this intuitive sensitivity became a trusted compass, especially in her decades of experience supporting high-pressure, high-profile individuals in the business world. Leaders, creatives, and decision-makers gravitated toward Jillian not just for strategy—but for grounding.
Her formal journey into mental health began in 2010, when her youngest child began displaying troubling behavioral symptoms. What started as attention challenges quickly evolved into violent mood swings, paranoia, and emotional dysregulation. Desperate to understand what was happening beneath the surface, Jillian turned to brain science. It was a decision that not only transformed her son's trajectory—it shifted her own.
Seven years into navigating her child’s mental health crisis, Jillian faced a crisis of her own: doctors discovered enlarged lymph nodes that required a biopsy. Though the results were benign, her physician’s message was unshakable: "You need to prioritize your mental health. The mind and body are deeply connected."
This marked a profound turning point. Jillian began exploring neuroplasticity—the brain’s ability to heal, reorganize, and adapt through intentional practice. She focused first on brain health optimization, using neuroscience to improve her energy, cognition, regulation, and clarity. For the first time in years, she experienced vitality from within.
As her brain chemistry balanced, a new layer of transformation emerged: mindset. Jillian began studying identity, belief systems, and behavioral conditioning. She uncovered deep-rooted cognitive patterns that had quietly shaped her responses, relationships, and self-concept. This phase of mindset optimization became the second pillar of what would eventually become her signature framework.
But it was in the final phase—subconscious work—that Jillian experienced the deepest healing of all.
A lifelong question had haunted her: “Do I need to do something to process the trauma of my childhood?” Between the ages of 6 and 12, Jillian had endured profound abuse, neglect, and sexual violence. She had long pushed it aside, high-functioning in spite of it. But after years of brain and mindset work, the clarity finally came: yes, she did. And the moment she acknowledged that truth, the path revealed itself.
Through hypnotherapy, Jillian accessed and rewired the subconscious beliefs that had been silently directing her life. For the first time, she was free—from old programming, inherited shame, and the invisible scripts of survival. This final layer of healing didn’t just transform her—it gave her the blueprint for Mindset Transformation Therapy.
